How do I add a new branch?

Navigate to Settings → Branches and click "Add Branch". Fill in the branch details and assign staff members.

Yes. Carla Desk supports multiple clinics and branches under a single account with role-based access control.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Is my data secure?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each tenant's data is fully isolated from other accounts.
